BOLANDS HISTORY
Chicago Harry Bolands hurling & football club has a long and glorious tradition dating back to the early twenties. Its formation here in 1925 is closely connected with legendary figures in the glorious Irish Easter Rising of 1916.
SO, WHO HURLS WITH US?
Along with our home based players, Harry Bolands has a huge tradition of Irish students hurling and working with us during the summer months. We have also enjoyed the company of many top inter-county stars.
HURLING IN CHICAGO THIS SUMMER
Every year we welcome many hurlers who travel to Chicago for the summer. If you are interested in a summer of hot weather, hurling & a bit of craic drop us a line and we’ll do our best to help you out anyway we can.
